YaRonda McDonald Principal of the North Richland Hills Campus. She joined Winfree Academy after having spent 17 years in the field of education, eight of those as the Assistant Principal at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet Center in Dallas ISD. During her tenure with DISD, Ms. McDonald provided impactful instructional support through effective coaching, implementation of strong systems and developing dynamic leaders. She also was instrumental in design of an innovative humanities program that implemented interdisciplinary teaching and learning resulting in increased Mastery level performance on STAAR EOC exams. Most recently, Ms. McDonald served at the administrative level, supporting 17 campuses through curriculum alignment, instructional coaching, professional learning communities, and data driven instructional practices.

Ms. McDonald recently joined Winfree Academy in September 2022.
