Steffany: 2019 Richardson Osprey Award Winner

When I first met Stephanie she was 24 years old and she ate had exactly two years to finish he was at other schools that dropped out basically because there was some bullying going on Ayers the school's I just felt a lot of depression anxiety not real sure of herself and she had a lot of negative experiences through middle school and was terrified even come to hide call which is why she waited so long to text from other students likes it very quiet time it's about her background call where she came from kind of what she wants to do and little by little she began to open up more and more and more begin to share and in reach out to other students for the first time had people to talk to people that believed in her people that challenged her asking for help advocating for herself you know no matter what needed she was also able to becoming a leader to quiet scared meet little person to when she graduated she's vice president of student council she talks to the entire student body about events that are happening at the self-care that self-love and the care for people around her cards meant she was always encouraging students so you can do it look what I did and no snow level there is an unbelievable growth we're talking about a student that in three years went from 2 credits to 22 credits can't do in this world go out there and show everybody Stephanie really is
